HISTORICAL FACTS IN AYYUB ABBASOV'S "ZANGAZUR NOVEL"

As it is known, Armenians used our forgetfulness for their own purposes throughout history.It is true that in the middle of the last century positive articles about "Zangezur" were published in the Azerbaijani press.But for some reason, no one was interested in the impact of this book in Armenia.Our critics who analyzed the book spoke about the friendship of the two peoples and the kindness and loyalty of ordinary armenians.They passed over the main topic in silence.Of course, the laws and regulations of that time were such that for "Zangezur" to escape the Soviet yoke safely, the author had to give ample space to the motifs of friendship and neighborhood in his work.In fact, it is the duty and moral duty of every writer to condemn the war and criticize those involved in sedition.
