An analog-digital self-calibrating microelectrode chip is reported for enzymatic glucose sensing in whole sturgeon blood. A non-enzymatic reference working electrode records common-mode background contributions, enabling fouling-induced signal drift to be compensated for by differential subtraction, while partial least squares regression (PLSR) refines residual matrix effects, enabling 0.1-8.0 mM detection, a 0.08 mM LOD, and short-term in vivo glucose tracking.
