Educator exhaustion is often referred to as teacher burnout.Exhaustion in education has existed since the beginning of the education system in India and worldwide.After making reliable changes and improving the ease of teaching, it could not be cured completely.It has become increasingly common across modern education systems as well.It is related to psychological, emotional, mental, and physical health.It impacts the well-being of educators, the outcomes of students, administrative activities, the productivity of administration, and societal behavior.This research paper examines the concept of exhaustion, its causes, effects, and possible solutions in the modern education system.A drastic change in technology, changes in student behavior, and increasing responsibilities of academic & administrative duties and social responsibilities have changed the attractions in the teaching profession.Insights of the paper suggest that educator exhaustion is not only due to individual issues but many other factors exist, such as excessive workload, unproductive academic activities, unsupportive administration, lack of resources, and societal factors.
