Shotgun Illumina NovaSeq6000 sequences (150 nucleotides in length) were obtained for eDNA extracted from water samples collected in Rinyirru (Lakefield) National Park, Queensland, Australia. The dataset comprises a total of 965 giga bases and 3.2 billion paired sequences. This environmental DNA dataset and analyses are supporting information for a report submitted to the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service: Hoskins A, Lawrence E, Foster S, Lourie H, Court L, Walsh T, Hardy C, McEvoy J, Barnett G and Zimny A (2026).
