This study aims to analyze how Generation Z has transformed labor management practices implemented by managers and human resources departments within organizations, considering the significant differences it presents compared to previous generations. To achieve this, a documentary and bibliographic research approach will be developed, complemented by the application of questionnaires directed both to young individuals belonging to this generational cohort and to their supervisors. This will allow for a better understanding of their characteristics, behaviors, and expectations in the workplace through a synthetic analysis of the factors that influence them. Likewise, the study will examine intergenerational coexistence in workplace environments, particularly the interaction of Generation Z with Baby Boomers and Generation X, in order to identify challenges and opportunities in organizational management. The review of previous studies and contributions from specialists will serve as the theoretical foundation for the analysis and for achieving the main objective, which focuses on determining managerial strategies aimed at strengthening the engagement and performance of these young workers. The results are expected to clarify the main qualities, goals, and expectations of Generation Z, providing useful insights for the design of human resource policies and practices that optimize their integration and performance within organizations.
