This academic paper focuses on muscle fatigue among high school students, primarily those in their freshman and sophomore years. The objective was to analyze muscle fatigue, the obstacles students face in developing their physical fitness, and the role of teachers in these situations. The main arguments support the idea that students tire quickly in physical education classes precisely because of a lack of physical activity outside of school, the absence of role models or family encouragement, as well as unhealthy sleep and eating habits. The study highlights the need for comprehensive plans supported by the school, family, and community. Similarly, it emphasizes the importance of teachers in promoting and fostering physical activity both within and outside the educational setting. In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of the government creating public policies aimed at promoting physical activity and reducing noncommunicable diseases such as obesity.
