Aim: This study was conducted to examine the effect of e-health literacy levels on breastfeeding attitudes among women in the postpartum period. Methods: This descriptive and correlational study was carried out between 2024 and 2025 in a training and research hospital in Türkiye with 254 women who gave birth. Data were obtained using a Personal Information Form, the e-Health Literacy Scale (eHEALS), and the Breastfeeding Attitude Evaluation Scale. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis were used for data analysis. Results: The mean scores of breastfeeding attitude and e-health literacy were 105.31±44.57 and 24.62±9.84, respectively. A strong, positive, and statistically significant relationship was found between breastfeeding attitudes and e-health literacy (r=0.753; p<0.001). According to regression analysis, each one-unit increase in e-health literacy significantly increased breastfeeding attitude scores (β=2.321). Additionally, breastfeeding attitude scores increased significantly with higher levels of education. Conclusion: E-health literacy appears to be an important determinant of breastfeeding attitudes. It is recommended to expand educational and counseling interventions aimed at improving e-health literacy among women during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
