Purpose: To investigate eHealth literacy, reproductive health-promoting behaviors, and quality of life (QoL) in female college students and to identify the factors associated with QoL.Methods: The participants were 170 female college students enrolled at a university in Jeonbuk-do, South Korea. Data were collected from June 1 to 10, 2025 and were analyzed using the independent t-test, 1-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression analysis. Participants agreed to complete a self-administered questionnaire that included the administration of eHealth literacy, reproductive health-promoting behaviors, and WHOQOL-BREF (World Health Organization quality of life scale abbreviated version) tools.Results: The mean scores were 29.39±5.51 for eHealth literacy, 65.18±6.81 for reproductive health-promoting behaviors, and 3.58±0.66 for QoL. QoL was positively correlated with eHealth literacy (r=0.41, p<0.001) and reproductive health-promoting behaviors (r=0.39, p<0.001). Multiple regression analysis revealed that, compared with grade 4, grade 2 (β=0.40, p=0.012) and grade 1 (β=0.39, p=0.013), together with eHealth literacy (β=0.37, p<0.001), and reproductive health-promoting behaviors (β=0.34, p<0.001), were significant predictors of the QoL of female college students, explaining 31.0% of the variance (adjusted R²=0.31).Conclusion: The study results provide insights into how the QoL of female college students is associated with eHealth literacy and reproductive health-promoting behaviors. To improve the QoL of female college students, healthcare providers should consider developing strategies to enhance eHealth literacy and reproductive health promoting behaviors.
