The research analyzed the influence of ethical, moral, and social values on the health and well-being of adolescents in a school setting. Using a quantitative approach and a relational design, a questionnaire was administered to 100 students, considering variables such as sociodemographic characteristics, personal values, and perceived health. The results showed that the majority were between 15 and 16 years old, predominantly male, and belonged to nuclear families. The most prevalent values were respect, responsibility, empathy, and solidarity, among others. It was evident that a greater presence of these values is related to a positive perception of physical, psychological, and social well-being. The study concludes that the educational environment represents a key space for promoting these principles, especially through integrative activities such as sports, which can reinforce values education and contribute significantly to the comprehensive development of adolescents.
