原始摘要(英文原文)· Original abstract
The increasing reliance on mobile technologies has led to the need for reliable safety and location-tracking solutions, especially in the area of connectivity and emergency situations. The purpose of this study was to design, develop and evaluate Circulo, a mobile safety tracking app that is integrated with geofencing, path visualization, peer-to-peer communication, and AI-driven mobility insights to improve user safety, situational awareness and navigation confidence. The system was built under a modified Waterfall model, with a focus on ISO/IEC 25010 software quality characteristics such as functionality, reliability, security, maintainability and usability. The results showed that the application is able to provide real-time location tracking, geofence notifications, route guidance, emergency signaling and AI-generated summaries. The evaluation results show a Very Satisfactory rating for the system and were very good for user and expert opinion regarding the effectiveness, security and usability of the system. The study highlights the need to integrate safety-oriented technologies on a common mobile platform. The novelty of the study is to combine geofencing, peer-to-peer communication, path visualization and AI-driven analytics for mobile safety tracking to be resilient and intelligent, and user-centered.
