Research Aims: This study aims to examine the redesign process of the Infaq Malaysia Foundation website using a digital public relations (PR) conceptual approach to increase user engagement and build public trust. Websites, as digital communication media, have a strategic role in conveying information in a transparent, interactive, and easily accessible manner, particularly for nonprofit organizations that manage religious social funds. Design/methodology/approach: The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study of the Infaq Malaysia Foundation, conducted through five main stages: preparation of digital materials, brainstorming and moodboarding, design implementation, focus group discussions (FGD), and launch and evaluation. Research Findings: The redesign results show significant transformations in visual and functional aspects, including the selection of a modern green color palette, Tahoma typography, responsive design, sticky navigation, and animation-based interactive elements. This redesign not only improves the website's aesthetics and usability but also strengthens the organization's digital image and encourages active user engagement. Beyond communication outcomes, the redesign process demonstrates practical value for religious philanthropic institutions by streamlining donor interaction pathways, suggesting that digital PR-based website optimization can support more cost-effective management of religious social funds. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research confirms that digital PR, through strategic website design, can be an effective tool for building stronger relationships between organizations and their audiences.
