The article presents a comprehensive approach to the training of students in the field of “Water Bioresources and Aquaculture” at the Murmansk Arctic University. The use of material and technical equipment at the Department of Biology and Bioresources is aimed at creating conditions for students to develop practical skills that are in demand in the future during various types of practice, conducting research, and finding employment. Students’ participation in acceleration programs and competitions at various levels contributes to the development of entrepreneurial skills in future specialists in the field of aquaculture.
