Mustard greens are a vegetable that thrives in soil rich in organic matter and sufficient moisture. Fertilization is essential for mustard greens. Bamboo shoots are a vegetable that can be used as a raw material for organic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer from bamboo shoots contains gibberellins and a high organic carbon content, which can stimulate plant growth. This study aimed to determine the effect of applying liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from bamboo shoots on the growth of mustard greens. This research was conducted at the green house of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sam Ratulangi University, Manado. The study lasted for two months, from September to October 2025. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (RAL) consisting of five treatments and four replications, resulting in 20 experimental units. The treatments given included P0: (Control), P1: (100 ml POC + 1 L water), P2: (200 ml POC + 1 L water), P3: (300 ml POC + 1 L water), P4: (400 ml POC + 1 L water). The results obtained from the administration of bamboo shoot POC significantly affected the growth of green mustard greens from plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight, root weight. The right POC concentration was shown in the P1 treatment (100 ml POC + 1 L water) with a plant height of 31.7 cm, number of leaves 14.75 strands, fresh weight 60.25 grams, and root weight 5.75 grams.
