Analysis of the productivity of the electrical maintenance workshop in a natural gas processing complex in southern Mexico

The objective of this project is to analyze the productivity of the electrical maintenance workshop in a natural gas processing complex in the southern region of Mexico. As a first step in the research methodology, a compilation of data stored in the resource management program of the Gas Processing Complex will be carried out, which will provide an overview of how electrical maintenance activities have been performed. The sample size is 14, and there is a finite population of 120 people who make up the Electrical Maintenance department. This research on productivity will contribute to the design of an improvement model that will allow for increased productivity in the electrical maintenance workshop.
