Research of the morphology of vegetable plants in Bingin Teluk Village, Rawas Ilir District, North Musi Rawas Regency was conducted from February to June 2026, using a descriptive survey method with observation techniques and direct exploration in the field. Identification of plant morphology was carried out at the Biology Laboratory of the Faculty of Science and Technology, PGRI University of Palembang. Results showed that the vegetable plants found came from the Spermatophyta division consists of 2 classes, 13 orders, 14 families, 16 genera, and 20 species. The morphological characteristics root in the form of fibrous roots and taproots. Stem morphology consisted of pseudostems, wet stems, and woody stems. Leaf morphology consisted of single leaves and compound leaves with ovate, lanceolate, elongated, and heart shapes. Flower morphology consisted of single flowers and compound flowers such as panicles, bunches, umbrellas, cobs, cups and bells. Fruit morphology consisted of single dry true fruits and single fleshy true fruits. In addition, modified organs such as rhizomes, tubers, and thorns were found. Plant organs used as vegetables include leaves, stems, flowers, fruit, rhizomes, and tubers.
