This study aims to analyze the impact of training and career development on employee performance at the Sriamur Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Bekasi Regency. A quantitative approach was employed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method, with health center employees serving as respondents. Measurement model results indicated that all indicators were valid, with outer loading values ≥ 0.714 and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values for each variable exceeding 0.50. Reliability tests also demonstrated high Cronbach’s Alpha and Composite Reliability values (0.941–0.968), confirming the instrument's reliability. Multicollinearity testing yielded a Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) of 2.950, indicating the absence of multicollinearity. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.765 reveals that 76.5% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by training and career development. Effect size analysis (f²) shows that training has a substantial impact on employee performance, whereas career development has a minor impact. Hypothesis testing confirms that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.614; p < 0.001), as does career development (β = 0.299; p = 0.013). These findings suggest that the continuous improvement of training and career development plays a crucial role in enhancing employee performance at the Sriamur Community Health Center.
