This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at the Sukaindah Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Bekasi Regency. The study employs a quantitative method using a survey approach and instruments that have met validity and reliability testing standards. Test results indicate that all constructs are valid based on Average Variance Extracted (AVE > 0.50) values and reliable based on Cronbach’s Alpha and Composite Reliability (> 0.70) values. Discriminant validity tests using Fornell-Larcker and HTMT criteria demonstrate good discriminative capability for each variable, while Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) values indicate the absence of multicollinearity issues affecting the model. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.568) reveals that organizational culture and work environment explain 56.8% of the variation in employee performance. Path analysis results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.617; p = 0.031), whereas the work environment does not have a significant effect (β = 0.146; p = 0.660). These findings suggest that strengthening organizational culture plays a more substantial role in enhancing employee performance compared to the work environment. Therefore, the management of the Community Health Center is advised to strengthen organizational culture through training, the communication of organizational values, and reward systems. Future research is recommended to incorporate additional variables such as leadership, motivation, and reward systems to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing employee performance.
