Managing personal finances has become increasingly important for salaried employees due to changing economic conditions and the growing availability of investment options. While regular income provides opportunities for saving and investing, individual investment choices often differ depending on financial goals, risk-taking ability, income level, and awareness of available financial products. This study examines the investment preferences of salaried employees and identifies the key factors that influence their investment decisions. It also explores the investment avenues preferred by employees and the role of financial awareness in shaping investment behaviour. The study aims to provide a better understanding of investment patterns among salaried individuals and offers insights that may help financial institutions, investment professionals, and policymakers encourage informed and effective investment decisions.
