New genus Sineviella gen.n. (Lepidoptera: Cossoidea, Metarbelidae) and two new species, Sineviella tropeki sp.n. (type species) and S. maicheri sp.n. are described from Africa.The new genus is most similar to the oriental genus Encaumaptera Hampson, 1893 but differs in the semi-transparent wings, in the size of the
