This paper proposes a theory of the nature of space and time based on the premise of "information-energy-state as one." Grounded in the axiomatic foundations of Recursive Causality Theory and the General Complexity Transition Model, it argues that: space is the juxtapositional unfolding of informational differences, and time is the sequential unfolding of informational differences. On this basis, gravity is redefined as the geometric stress generated by information density gradients; quantum entanglement is interpreted as the nonlocal synchronization of shared information code; mass is reduced to the response coefficient of informational structure to perturbations; and perception is positioned as the internal illumination that emerges when complexity reaches a critical threshold, formalized as the perceptual locking term δ(P_t) in the progression equation. The entire derivation introduces no additional entities beyond the "information-difference-perception" triad. This paper adopts an instrumentalist stance—it does not claim to reveal the "ultimate nature" of the universe, but rather provides a falsifiable, applicable, and iterable process description framework.
