MBM Lifespan Series — Screener & Reviewer Conflict of Interest Declaration v5.0 — Pre-Use Registration

This component contains the preregistered Screener & Reviewer Conflict of Interest Declaration (v5.0) for the MBM Lifespan Series Vol II. The instrument documents, scores, and manages allegiance-related conflicts of interest at the screener and reviewer level — the first structured instrument of its kind in systematic review methodology. Eight questions produce a PARS-6 self-score (0–6) used to assign methodological safeguards before screening begins. Preregistered before first use, July 2026.
