This study analyzes mental health literacy, psychological risk levels, lifestyle habits, social relationships, and academic motivation among secondary vocational students. Data reveals: Overall mental health remains stable, yet only 4.3% meet mental health knowledge standards. Academic burnout is widespread, with students struggling to derive sufficient value from academic achievements. The detection rate of depressive symptoms reached 26.35%, comparable to rates of 28% among high school students and 24% among junior high school students. Students with severe depressive symptoms also exhibit potential psychological crises such as self-harm and suicidal tendencies. The findings suggest that enhancing mental health literacy, optimizing the psychological growth ecosystem for students, empowering teacher development, and strengthening the construction of psychological crisis prevention and control networks to provide psychological support for the high-quality development of secondary vocational education.
