This study aimed to assess the test-retest reliability of low-frequency fatigue (LFF) measured with MyoceneⓇ. Two conditions were tested: i) unmarked lower limbs assessed using the same set of electrodes (45 participants) and ii) marked anatomical points using a different set of electrodes (42 participants). The intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) was calculated separately for each limb (dominant and non-dominant) under both conditions, along with the standard error of measurement (SEM), minimal detectable change (MDC), and Bland-Altman plots. The results demonstrated overall good (condition 1: 0.883 and 0.812; condition 2: 0.832 and 0.729 for dominant and non-dominant limb, respectively) and statistically significant (p < .001) reliability of LFF scores obtained using MyoceneⓇ, with SEM ranging from 1.1 (1,4%) to 1.9 (2.7%) and MDC values ranging from 3.03 (4.0%) to 5.27 (7.5%). In sum, MyoceneⓇ seems to reliably measure LFF, with slightly better results observed when using the same set of electrodes.
