As the world approaches the WHO deadline of 2030 for eliminating cervical cancer, momentum is building. On May 23, 2025, the 78th World Health Assembly adopted a resolution designating Nov 17 as annual World Cervical Cancer Elimination Day,1 a landmark moment reinvigorating global and regional political will.
