原始摘要(英文原文)· Original abstract
• The combination of chitosan, polyvinylpyrrolidone, adjuvant surfactin, and the antimicrobial agent platensimycin (PTM) enables the formation of a crosslinked film. • The crosslinking mechanism arises from the formation of hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions among the components. • The prepared film exhibited synergistic anti-MRSA performance, with a greater than 64-fold rise in its bacterial kill rate. • The PTM-loaded composite film exhibited significant efficacy in ameliorating MRSA infection and promoting skin wound repair.
