In the phase II BECOME study, Becotarug (Beco) combined with Osi showed promising efficacy and manageable safety in platinum-pretreated EGFR ex20ins-positive NSCLC (ELCC 2024, 137MO). Here, we report the final OS analyses and subgroup efficacy results.
