Abstract The main focus of the current study is to investigate the heat transfer in three‐dimensional (SWCNT), Silver (Ag) and (MWCNT) with blood‐based tri‐hybrid nanofluid within a spinning and expanding cone disk system. The variable thermal viscosity, variable conductivity, non‐linear thermal radiation, and chemical species impacts are taken for this model. Three distinct models are also considered for the analysis consisting of (i) spinning disk and static cone, (ii) spinning cone and static disk, and (iii) both cone and disk rotating. The governing mathematical model minimized to non‐dimensional ordinary differential equations, and numerical analysis carried out with MATLAB bvp4c solver. Graphical analysis highlights the impacts of various parameters on velocities, thermal distribution curve, and concentration species. The core finding reveals that heat transport rapidly increases for tri‐hybrid nanofluid than to hybrid nanofluid and mono fluid. It is noted that radial velocity boosts while the axial velocity reduces with the variation of variable viscosity parameter. The thermal distribution shows an upsurge in the uplifting of non‐linear radiation and variable thermal conductivity parameters. Furthermore, higher values of homogeneous‐heterogeneous factors minimize the concentration curves.
