Research progress on digital empathy of medical staff in telemedicine scenarios

This study reviewed the concept connotation,evaluation tools,research status quo,role in patients and promotion strategies of digital empathy of medical staff in telemedicine scene,aiming to provide theoretical reference for making up for the lack of empathy of medical staff in telemedicine scene,optimizing the doctor⁃patient relationship,improving the quality of telemedicine service and patients' satisfaction.
