Research progress on workplace cognitive failures in clinical nurses

This study reviewed the concept,theoretical models,measurement tools,research status quo,and influencing factors related to cognitive failure in the workplace for clinical nurses,aiming to enhance nursing managers' awareness of cognitive failure among nurses and provide reference for developing targeted interventions.
