This article summarized the nursing intervention measures for a patient with Fabry disease mainly manifested as proteinuria,including the implementation of enzyme replacement therapy nursing,multi⁃system function monitoring and nursing,dietary and lifestyle guidance,and psychological nursing.At the same time,multiple system assessments were conducted on the kidney,nervous system,cardiovascular system,etc.,and a multi system disease management system covering multidisciplinary collaboration,graded follow⁃up,self⁃management guidance,and health record management was established.After targeted nursing interventions and multi⁃system evaluations,the patient's condition was effectively controlled and no serious complications occurred.
