First-Order Dynamics of Phase, Trajectory, and Realignment Science formalizes the primary cyclical dynamics governing how systems persist, destabilize, and reconstitute over time. Rather than treating change as linear or purely stochastic, this project classifies phenomena according to structural phase, trajectory formation, and realignment mechanisms. The project introduces no new measurements, does not redefine physical time, and does not replace empirical clocks. It provides a first-order interpretive framework for identifying phase misalignment (systemic drift) and phase realignment (restored coherence) across domains, while preserving all existing data. This work operates as an applied extension of General Science, resolving persistent paradoxes by enforcing phase-consistent interpretation.
