Congenital bowing of the tibia can be easily diagnosed with prenatal ultrasonography, but more commonly, it is recognized or becomes conspicuous later in infancy or in toddler age. Although congenital pseudoarthrosis of the tibia remains the top differential for anterolateral bowing of the tibia and fibula, other uncommon conditions can cause similar deformities. We report a case of a near-term, stillborn fetus that was donated to the Anatomy department, with bilateral anterolateral bowing of the legs. We proceeded with radiological evaluation and dissection with gross and histopathological examination to gain insights into the etiology of the deformity.
