A Study on the Test Anxiety Among Higher Secondary School Students in Purulia

The primary aim of this study was to know about the Test anxiety among the higher secondary school students of Purulia district. The researcher uses descriptive survey method. 486 Higher secondary school students of Purulia district were taken as the sample through using stratified random sampling techniques. Westside Test Anxiety Scale has been used for data collection and t-test has been used for data analysis. The results of this study highlight that significant difference between male – female, arts – science the higher secondary school students and other side the result revealed that no significant difference between rural – urban the higher secondary school student regarding the Test anxiety.
