CrossFit is a high-intensity activity that favors a specific injury profile. The objectives of this study are to analyze the epidemiological profile of practitioners; map injury characteristics, including prevalence, incidence, recurrence, nature, and location; and analyze the treatments performed. A quantitative literature review concluded that the incidence of injuries was 36.90%; recurrence was 41.90%; the most affected regions were the lower back (19.80%), shoulder (18.98%), and knee (12.38%), and the type of injuries was muscular (39.37%). The exercises that most often injure are weightlifting (44.70%), the category is practitioners (43.44%), and physical therapy was the most sought after (49.70%).
