This study investigates the concept of semiotics and traces its historical development through the examination of terminological intersections, conceptual diversifications, and its relationship with other fields of knowledge. The research aims to clarify the linguistic and terminological dimensions of semiotics and to explore its role within modern critical and intellectual studies, particularly in Arab and Western scholarship. Adopting a descriptive-analytical approach, the study examines the origins and evolution of semiotics, its philosophical and linguistic foundations, and the multiplicity of terms associated with it, such as semiology and semiotics. Furthermore, the study highlights the interdisciplinary nature of semiotics and its interaction with fields including linguistics, philosophy, logic, sociology, literary criticism, and the visual arts. The findings indicate that semiotics is not a modern concept detached from earlier intellectual traditions; rather, it possesses deep historical roots in both Arab and Western thought. The study also demonstrates that semiotics has become an influential analytical framework for interpreting signs, symbols, meanings, and human communicative practices across various cultural and social contexts. ---------------------------------------------------- السيميائية وتتبعها التأريخي من حيث تداخل المصطلحات وتشعباتها وعلاقتها بالعلوم الأخرى غنيمة جبار فشاخ عجة الغزي*1 1مديرية تربية كربلاء، ثانوية المتفوقات الاولى للبنات الملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة السيميائية وتتبع تطورها التاريخي من خلال الكشف عن تداخل المصطلحات وتشعب مفاهيمها وعلاقتها بالعلوم والمعارف الأخرى. ويسعى البحث إلى توضيح الأبعاد اللغوية والاصطلاحية للسيميائية، وبيان دورها في الدراسات النقدية والفكرية الحديثة في كلٍ من الفكر العربي والغربي. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للكشف عن أصول السيميائية وتطورها التاريخي، وبيان أسسها الفلسفية واللسانية، فضلاً عن تعدد المصطلحات المرتبطة بها مثل السيميولوجيا والسيميوطيقا والسيميائية. كما تناول البحث طبيعة العلاقة التكاملية بين السيميائية وعدد من الحقول المعرفية، منها اللسانيات والفلسفة والمنطق وعلم الاجتماع والنقد الأدبي والفنون البصرية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن السيميائية ليست علماً حديث النشأة بمعزل عن التراث الفكري، بل تمتلك جذوراً عميقة في الفكر العربي والغربي على حد سواء، فضلاً عن كونها إطاراً معرفياً فاعلاً في تحليل العلامات والرموز والدلالات وفهم أنماط التواصل الإنساني في مختلف السياقات الثقافية والاجتماعية. الكلمات المفتاحية: السيميائية، السيميولوجيا، العلامة، النقد الأدبي، اللسانيات، الدراسات البينية ----------------------------------------------------
