Introduction: According to the WHO, infertility is a condition of the male or female reproductive system defined by the inability to achieve pregnancy after 12 months or more of regular, unprotected sex[1]. To further elucidate the clinical profile and the therapeutic aspect in men of infertile couples in view of medically assisted reproduction. Methodology: This is a descriptive cross-sectional pilot study with retrospective collection over a period of 12 months from January 2024 to December 2024. Results: In total, we collected 70 patients who had received care in the ART unit, an ART, with a semen analysis performed 85.7% on site and 14.5% in other laboratories. The average age was 42 years with extremes between 30 and 70 years old. The desire to procreate was the most frequent reason for consultation, accounting for 90% of cases. Urogenital schistosomiasis was the most common urological ATCD, accounting for 15.7% of cases. The most common surgical ATCD was varicocelectomy, accounting for 34.3% of cases. The most frequent physical sign was bilateral testicular hypotrophy, i.e. 21.4% of cases. A seminogram carried out 85.7% on site and 14.5% in other laboratories. The alteration of the parameters of our seminograms is revised upwards: Total Azoospermia 12.9%, OATS 40%, Oligoasthenoteratonecrozoospermia 5.7% having allowed ART to be performed, we had recourse to a testicular biopsy in 18.6% of cases in total Azoospermia, with a positive result highlighting at least one viable spermatozoon in 84.61% of cases allowing classic IVF in 3 patients, IVF with ICSI in 3 patients and T.E.C. in 3 patients. Conclusion: Male infertility is a public health problem in our context in Mali, ART remains, at present, an alternative to optimize the chances of procreation of infertile couples.
