原始摘要(英文原文)· Original abstract
This study investigates the effectiveness of a specialized methodology aimed at developing offensive tactical skills in volleyball players. The purpose of the research was to determine the impact of game-based and situational training methods on the tactical efficiency of attacking players. The pedagogical experiment involved 24 volleyball players aged 18–22, divided into experimental (n = 12) and control (n = 12) groups. Over a 12-week training cycle, the experimental group implemented a specially designed program that included variable attacking exercises, simulated competitive situations with time constraints, decision-making drills based on block positioning, and systematic video analysis with feedback. The results demonstrated statistically significant improvements (p < 0.05) in the experimental group, including an increase in the percentage of successful attacks, a reduction in tactical errors, and a higher attack efficiency ratio. In contrast, changes in the control group were statistically insignificant (p > 0.05). The findings confirm that the targeted development of tactical thinking, adaptability, and variability of attacking decisions significantly enhances offensive performance. The study highlights the importance of integrating game-based, situational, and analytical training methods into volleyball practice to improve the tactical preparedness of attacking players. The results may be applied in designing training programs for volleyball athletes of different qualification levels.
