This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and firm size on stock prices of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021-2025. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), while firm size is measured using the natural logarithm of total assets. This study uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression Fixed Effect Model. The sample consists of 25 companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 125 observations. The results show that ROA has a positive and significant effect, ROE has a positive but insignificant effect, and firm size has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, all variables significantly affect stock prices with R2 of 68.7%.
