In this study, it is aimed to obtain traveling wave solutions of the FitzHugh-Nagumo model, which is widely used in neuroscience. In this context, the solutions are analytically derived by employing the modified 1/G'-expansion method. Through this approach, hyperbolic-type wave solutions are obtained, demonstrating that the applied method provides an effective and reliable analytical framework for solving nonlinear partial differential equations. The dynamic behaviors of the obtained solutions are numerically investigated and visualized using three-dimensional, two-dimensional and contour plots.
