Improving Sleep Health in Survivors of Intimate Partner Violence

Kelly Dean

原始摘要(英文原文)· Original abstract
This capstone project explores the relationship between trauma and sleep health, with an emphasis on the role of community-based education in promoting trauma-informed care. An educational presentation was delivered to professionals serving survivors of interpersonal violence, and participant feedback suggested increased knowledge and a strong intention to incorporate sleep health concepts into future practice. The project highlights sleep as a modifiable factor that may support long-term trauma recovery and underscores the value of integrating evidence-based sleep education into community settings.
