“Sustainable human resources management”, or SHRM, is regarded as a novel and successful strategy that emphasises people management, long-term HRM, rejuvenation, and regeneration. The researcher used both the inductive method and the positivist mindset in this investigation. The researcher can gather factual information about incorporating sustainability principles into firm HR operations thanks to the positivist attitude. The Google Form was used as the data-gathering tool for this article, and the researcher produced ten questions based on business HR procedures and practices linked to economic growth and decision-making (SDG 8). The assessment of the primary numerical findings has confirmed the greater and more progressive linkage between sustainable activities of HR and the facility of decent conditions of working as the coefficient for correlation is 0.509. On the other hand, the impression of sustainable activities of HR on the facility of decent conditions of working is vital as the regressive coefficient is not greater than 5 %. It is identified that integrating sustainability goals within the HR policies positively influences organisational performance in terms of practising inclusivity, diversity, flexible working hours, remote working, and many more. As a result, it has enhanced the overall productivity of the organisation, which ensures to achievement of economic performance.
