Case PresentationWe present four histopathologically confirmed benign and malignant neoplasms with a linear morphology that, at first glance, may appear similar, but closer inspection of the dermoscopic structures reveals their distinct diagnostic features: pigmented squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) in situ (Figure 1A), lichen planus-like keratosis/seborrheic keratosis (Figure 1B), melanoma (Figure 1C), and basal cell carcinoma (BCC) (Figure 1D).
