This dataset includes 13 accessions of sweet cherry (Prunus avium) from the CRB Prunus-Juglans collection of INRAE, genotyped with 14 SSR markers, out of a total of 314 accessions studied in the ECPGR EU CHERRY project. It corresponds to a subset of the data from Barreneche et al. (2021).
