This article analyses the interrelationship between anthropology and education, emphasizing the role of anthropological conceptions in shaping inclusive educational practices. A qualitative approach was adopted through a systematic review of scientific literature published between 2000 and 2024, following selection criteria based on thematic relevance, methodological rigor, and indexing in recognized academic databases. The results identify five core categories: culture, educability, socialization, ethnocentrism, and cultural relativism, which directly influence the understanding of educational processes in diverse contexts. Furthermore, the findings evidence that intercultural education emerges as a key response to scenarios of diversity and human mobility. It is concluded that the integration of anthropological approaches strengthens equity, inclusion, and the design of contextualized pedagogical practices.
