ASSESSMENT OF BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION IMPACT ON ORGANIZATIONAL OPERATIONS

This article substantiates the need for a comprehensive approach to assessing the impact of blockchain technology implementation on organizational operations in the context of digital transformation.Traditional management systems, which rely on centralized data processing and institutional trust mechanisms, often fail to ensure sufficient transparency, reliability, and efficiency in organizational processes.In response to these limitations, the study examines the influence of blockchain technology as a decentralized managerial tool that reshapes information flows, stakeholder interactions, and operational processes.The analysis is based on empirical data collected from 120 respondents representing 19 organizations operating in banking, telecommunications, industrial, and non-governmental sectors.The research focuses on four key factors through which blockchain generates its impact: trust, transparency, immutability, and cost efficiency.The findings indicate a clear dominance of positive perceptions regarding blockchain implementation, particularly in the areas of trust and transparency, which demonstrate the highest levels of agreement among respondents.Immutability also shows a strong positive effect by ensuring data integrity and system reliability, while cost reduction is identified as a relevant but less immediate outcome.Statistical analysis confirms the existence of significant positive relationships between blockchain implementation and all examined factors.The results also reveal the absence of substantial sectoral differences, indicating the universal applicability of blockchain technology across various organizational contexts.The proposed approach allows for a structured understanding of blockchain as a systemic managerial instrument rather than a purely technological solution.It provides a basis for improving organizational coordination, enhancing information transparency, and
