This study discusses the design and development of a web-based UBreachMarket e-commerce website equipped with transaction tracking features as a solution to sales problems that previously only relied on Instagram platforms and third-party marketplaces. The use of marketplaces is considered less efficient due to high administrative costs that have an impact on profit margins. Therefore, this e-commerce website is designed to manage the transaction process independently, starting from product management, ordering, payment, to real-time monitoring of order status through the transaction tracking feature. This system is expected to be able to improve operational efficiency, reduce dependence on third-party marketplaces, and increase transparency, customer trust, and professionalism of UBreachMarket in running an online business.
