This dataset and supplementary materials accompany “Cross-country variation in unmet needs among individuals living with Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy: a NEED-based patient questionnaire study.” This study investigated cross-country differences in unmet health-related needs among individuals with ACM across multiple European countries. The supplementary materials include the surveys used in both datasets, the harmonization table, comparative sample analyses, and the supporting data for the graphs presented in the manuscript.
