This project aims to develop an exosome-releasing esophageal stent (EES) that responds to the disease microenvironment through interdisciplinary collaboration between materials science, stem cell and exosome biology. We will evaluate the feasibility, safety, and efficacy of EES in preventing esophageal stricture after extensive ESD in large animal experiments.
