Phthalocyanines (Pcs) are promising organic molecular semiconductors due to their exceptional thermal stability, tunable electronic properties, and high charge carrier mobilities. This project investigates the growth, structural characterization, and optoelectronic performance of highly ordered phthalocyanine-based single crystals. By utilizing physical vapor transport and solution-processing techniques, we aim to precisely control molecular packing and crystalline morphology. The relationship between molecular orientation, intermolecular π-π interactions, and macroscopic charge transport behavior will be systematically analyzed. Ultimately, this research seeks to optimize crystal quality to significantly enhance device performance in organic field-effect transistors and photovoltaics, thereby advancing the development of next-generation flexible optoelectronic technologies.
