This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on the work productivity of treasurers in Regional Government Agencies (OPD) in Tana Toraja Regency. The study was conducted based on the importance of employee motivation as one of the factors that can encourage increased work productivity, particularly among treasurers who have an important role in managing regional financial administration. Data collection procedures were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. This research employed a quantitative approach using the Simple Linear Regression analysis method, with data processing conducted using SPSS version 23. The research was conducted at Regional Government Agencies (OPD) in Tana Toraja Regency, involving a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were included as research samples. The results of the t-test analysis on the motivation variable showed that the t-count value was greater than the t-table value, namely (2.869) > (1.990). These results indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of treasurers in Regional Government Agencies (OPD) in Tana Toraja Regency. Thus, increasing employee motivation can contribute to improving the productivity and effectiveness of treasurers' work in regional government institutions.
